CURRENTLY PROVIDING VIDEO SESSIONS (also called telehealth or teletherapy) to all clients.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts, and I am a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist. I have a person-centered and holistic approach. I enjoy blending traditional talk therapy, expressive arts, and movement therapy in my counseling sessions. Typically I begin therapy with traditional talk therapy and then at that point I am open to using any particular style depending on your preferred way of exploring and processing. I use a strengths-based and client-centered perspective and enjoy helping people identify barriers to reaching their personal goals.

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, strengths-based, compassion-focused, and holistic.  Typically my clients struggle with anxiety and depression, grief, feeling overwhelmed, interpersonal relationship stressors, and need help improving self-esteem, communication, and developing realistic coping skills. I am also passionate about helping people navigate pet loss. The loss of a beloved pet is extremely hard and I believe support is key to getting through it.

I also specialize in helping adolescents and adults in the LGBTQIA+ community and provide gender-affirming care.

I can help with, but am not limited to helping people with, grief, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, adjustment disorders, trauma-related disorders, eating disorders, and substance abuse.

I believe that every person deserves to have a safe space to embrace their authentic self, everyone deserves to find balance and happiness in their life, and learning ways to move through life's ups and downs is a hard and empowering process. I currently offer video sessions throughout the states of NH, MA, VT and can discuss the possibility of outdoor sessions in Keene, NH.
