Mindful Stress Reduction: Working Together to Lower Anxiety

Group Discussion
When: An 8-week series beginning Wed 6/9/21 at 2pm. Sessions are 55 minutes each.
Where: An online group meeting via Google Meet.
Content: Learn specific stress reduction techniques at each session, practicing them at home in between sessions.
Who should attend: Adults struggling with stress and/or anxiety who would like to learn tools to decrease stress and increase overall sense of balance.
