Mindful Balance Therapy Center P.L.L.C.
Dana Belletiere, LICSW, MSED
I am a licensed social worker with more than 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults across a variety of settings. I work with clients to navigate their identity and personal development, and encourage deep self-exploration, self-acceptance, and self-empowerment. I also take a special interest in the intersection of physical and emotional health and wellness, and how eating, body image, and relationship to food is shaped by one’s life experiences and relationship to the Self. I aim to approach therapeutic work with a style that is both direct and compassionate, and seek to create a safe, supportive, and honest space for clients.
Taking an integrated approach to mental health and wellness, I work with clients to foster self-kindness and assertiveness, explore personal narratives, address internal and external messages related to body image and food, navigate relationships, cultivate and support a positive self-image, and discover and prioritize personal needs and choices for self-fulfillment.
